Delicious Homemade Strawberry Cheesecake Bonbons

I can tell you… it is! These are the kinds of things you can’t get enough of. So here’s a warning! They are seriously addictively delicious!
And the best part? They are genuinely straightforward to make, woohoo!
The Ingredients
For approximately 24 bonbons (depending on the size of the molds you use)
- 200 grams of cream cheese
- 100 grams of room temperature butter
- 145 grams of strawberries
- 20 grams of erythritol powdered sugar
- 100 grams of (keto-friendly) chocolate
- If needed, coconut oil (to thin the chocolate)
The Preparation
Place all the ingredients, except the chocolate and optional coconut oil, in a blender. Blend on high until you have a smooth mixture. Divide the mixture into silicone molds of your choice and place them in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
Melt the chocolate using a double boiler. If the chocolate is too thick (viscous), you can add a little coconut oil and mix well to make the chocolate more liquid.
Remove the molds from the freezer and press out the frozen filling. Prepare a large plate and line it with parchment paper.
Dip each mold into the melted chocolate and then place them on the plate. Return the plate to the freezer or refrigerator until ready to serve.
Note:
You can enjoy these filled bonbons in two ways:
1. As ice cream bonbons; store them in the freezer. Let them sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before indulging!
2. As regular bonbons with a soft filling; store them in the refrigerator for this purpose.
