Stuffed Roast Beef Bonbons
Roast beef, you can really make delicious dishes with it! But your first thought probably won’t be “bonbons”… Let me tell you, you really want to give these a try! And undoubtedly, after that, they’ll likely appear on your menu more often 😊 They’re delicious as a side dish or snack, but they’re also a perfect addition to a snack platter!
The Ingredients
For about 10 bonbons
- 1 zucchini
- 100 grams of brie (sliced into small pieces)
- green pesto
- 2 packages of slices of roast beef
- pepper and salt (to taste)
- oil or butter of your choice (for frying)
The Preparation
Slice the zucchini into thin strips along its length using a cheese slicer.
Heat a grill pan with a little oil/butter of your choice and grill the zucchini strips on both sides until they start to get a nice color. Place the zucchini strips on a plate and let them cool slightly.
Place a slice of roast beef down and in the middle, place a slice of brie. Put a drop of pesto on the brie and fold the roast beef, creating a kind of bonbon.
Season with pepper and salt, then wrap the bonbon in a slice of grilled zucchini.
Serving Tip: Serve the stuffed roast beef bonbons cold or at room temperature.
