The nutritional values provided are for one serving, calculated for 2 servings. The nutritional information given per dish is only an indication. Since the nutritional values can vary greatly depending on the brand/product you use, it has a significant impact on the overall nutritional value of the complete dish. Additionally, everyone consumes different quantities, so it’s always best to calculate the nutritional values based on the ingredients you use and the portion size you consume. If you don’t know how to calculate this yourself, you can read about it here.
Salad Dressing
Most dressings from the supermarket often contain a lot of sugars, which is not necessary at all to make a delicious dressing! It’s really done in just a few minutes and so much tastier than the ready-made versions from the supermarket. By choosing the right oils, this is also a great way to get some extra healthy fats. After all, in a ketogenic lifestyle, the majority of your food revolves around healthy fats.
Below, I’ll share my 2 favorite dressings for salads with you: the flavors of garden herbs and Italian.
The Ingredients
For 2 generous servings
Garden Herbs Dressing
Italian Herb Dressing
The Preparation
Mix all the ingredients well, taste to check if the proportions are right, and add a bit more erythritol if necessary.
