Meal Salad with Cheesy Chicken Pieces
This is a delightful meal salad that incorporates two other (cookbook) recipes from my website. You can, of course, replace the cheesy chicken with regular cooked chicken breast and the homemade mayonnaise with store-bought mayonnaise.
Ingredients
- Iceberg lettuce
- Avocado
- Cherry tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Chopped walnuts
- Hard-boiled egg
- Cheesy chicken pieces
For the dressing
- A bit of Greek yogurt
- A small squeeze of Steviala Sweet Bee
- Pepper and salt
- 1 tsp mustard
- Homemade mayonnaise
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing together. Cut all the other ingredients into the desired size, mix everything together, and enjoy!
