Carpaccio Salad

This carpaccio salad is delicious, quick, and filling! You can enjoy the salad for lunch, dinner, or in a smaller portion as a snack..
The ingredients
- carpaccio
- 1 small avocado, mashed with a bit of mayonnaise
Click here for a recipe to make your own mayonnaise - a few mini vine tomatoes (sliced into wedges)
- a few olives (finely chopped)
- 3 radishes (thinly sliced)
- 100 grams of iceberg lettuce
- 20 grams of Parmesan cheese
- a small handful of walnuts (crumbled)
- boiled egg
- pepper and salt (to taste)
Preparation
While the egg is boiling, you can prepare all the ingredients, make the mayonnaise, and mash it with the avocado. You can have this dish on the table in just about 15 minutes. ☺
