A brunch is something many people do on special occasions, such as Easter, Christmas, New Year’s Day, and more. But it’s also a lot of fun to do ‘just because’ now and then. When it comes to toppings, you can keep it as simple or as elaborate as you like. You can choose to go for ready-made toppings such as slices of cheese, various deli meats, spreads like cream cheese, steak tartare, and herb butter, and various cheeses like brie, port salut, camembert, etc. You can also choose to make delicious items yourself, such as egg salad, chicken curry salad, etc…

Side Dishes

Various bread and toppings are already delicious on their own. But it becomes even more of a feast when you also serve some tasty side dishes. This can also be either ready-made or homemade. Think of things like fresh coconut pieces, red fruit, olives, stuffed eggs, vegetable-filled egg muffins, roast beef bonbons, various types of raw vegetables, etc…
