This recipe is great for breakfast or lunch, but you can definitely turn it into a filling dinner for a busy day.
The Ingredients
- 250 grams of mushrooms (sliced into pieces)
- 3 slices of ham (cut into strips)
- A generous scoop of cream cheese, I didn’t weigh it, but I guess about 50 grams
- 3 eggs
- Pepper and salt (to taste)
- Oil or butter of your choice (for frying)
The Preparation
Sauté the mushrooms until translucent, then add the ham and cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese has melted.
Add 3 fried eggs, and you’re done!
Simple, quick, and delicious!
