A Deliciously Simple and Quick Casserole
In addition to all the recipes from my cookbooks, I’ve also selected some delicious recipes for you that may not be cookbook-worthy but are still very tasty and easy to prepare! Including this delightful dish.
This casserole is incredibly easy to make, quick to prepare, and wonderfully filling!
Ingredients
- 1 jar of white asparagus
- A few large mushrooms (sliced)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 2 eggs
- A small splash of liquid unsweetened cream
- Grated cheese or cheese slices (torn into pieces)
- A few slices of ham (torn into pieces)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) and prepare a small ovenproof dish.
Whisk the eggs with a splash of cream and season with salt and pepper.
Place the asparagus in the ovenproof dish, then distribute the mushrooms, ham, and a little cheese over them. Pour the beaten eggs over the ingredients and top with a bit more cheese.
Place the dish in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes, and enjoy!
